The service
PRT servers retrieve current WooCommerce product data and generate and publish XML and CSV feeds every 15 minutes and after detected changes. Execution does not depend on visits or the WordPress queue. The shop must be reachable over HTTPS and the plugin active. Statistics, orders and encrypted PWS credentials stay in the shop. PRT also manages registration, subscription and reconciliation of authorised events.
Supported products are new physical simple products and variations purchased individually. The merchant declares shipping, payment and delivery conditions that apply to all included products. Currencies are not converted. Unit pricing, sector requirements and special purchasing or shipping rules require a specific compatibility check. Verified versions are listed in the plugin package.
PWS and publication
PWS sends updates directly to idealo in real time during synchronisation. It requires the merchant’s own credentials, connection verification and explicit permission to send offers. The subscription does not replace the shop’s agreement with idealo. An accepted API request confirms technical receipt, not publication. Coordinate the switch from feed to PWS with idealo. Deletions only concern offers sent by this installation, and unusual deletions require confirmation.
Pricing and free trial
The subscription is €9 per month including VAT. Eligible first subscriptions receive a 21-day trial with no subscription or click charges. The trial is granted once per shop and does not reset on reinstallation. Monthly renewal is automatic after the trial unless cancelled.
CPC starts enabled. Each paid subscription cycle includes 300 clicks, then €0.03 per additional click including VAT. Trial clicks do not consume the paid allowance. The technical click charge cap is €100,000 per cycle. You can turn CPC off in the app. The €9 fee continues. From distribution 2.1, feed and PWS continue with base rules and customizations are retained for reactivation. Earlier versions keep applying saved settings. Editing configuration and viewing statistics require CPC to be enabled. Re-enabling requires confirmation.
Counting clicks
The plugin increments a product and time-bucket total in WordPress when a signed feed link is opened. The link is identical for every visitor to that offer. The counter stores no IP, browser, cookies, visit or session identifiers and does not connect an individual access to orders. It works without a consent platform. Totals are retained for up to 366 days. Ordinary hosting requests and logs are separate from this counter and must be described in the shop privacy notice. Individual tracking requires a platform connected to WP Consent API and explicit acceptance of statistics and marketing. Administrators, shop managers and recognised bots are excluded. A repeat visit to the same product within the same WooCommerce session counts once within 30 minutes of the recognised click. A session does not reliably identify a person.
Withdrawing consent stops tracking and removes session attribution. Previously authorised events remain for reconciliation. Local deduplication lasts 30 minutes. Orders are attributed within seven days of a recognised click with valid consent. Statistics and billable usage are distinct. Uncertain events are preserved and checked before retrying.
Payments and cancellation
The merchant confirms payment in Stripe Checkout. Installation alone does not authorise payment. Payment methods are managed in Stripe’s portal. PRT does not receive complete card details.
Cancel subscription in the app ends the Stripe subscription and returns to the cost summary. Deactivation and uninstall of the WordPress connector require provider confirmation and synchronisation of accrued events. Network failures block the operation so it can be retried. Manually deleting files bypasses these hooks; manage Stripe or contact PRT in that case.
Cancellation in Stripe’s portal stops renewal and suspends app access. Resuming requires confirmation for the same subscription. Accrued amounts are not refunded automatically, subject to mandatory applicable rights.
Support
The merchant maintains accurate catalogue data, prices, availability and sales conditions. PRT does not guarantee idealo’s commercial acceptance or ranking. Contact info@prtflow.com with the shop address. Do not send passwords, API keys or card details.
Two-component distribution from version 2.1
The PRT Feeds for idealo connector contains local connection and PWS transport utilities available without a license check. The paid PRT service generates, publishes and hosts feeds on its servers. Advanced configuration, assistant, statistics and reports are supplied in a separate PRT component downloaded and installed manually.
Both use the same identity and subscription. Installing the separate component does not create a new subscription, second trial or payment authorization and does not change existing choices. Deactivating only that component reconciles prior authorized events and disables its option. The connector and base subscription remain active. Attribution, assistant and report descriptions refer to the separate component.
